How To Return An Item

Purchases made on solomeina.com may be returned by mail to Solomeina Jewelry, 419 Broome St, New York, NY 10013.

Only unworn and unaltered merchandise may be returned.

With the original receipt, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

We will process your refund as soon as we receive the return merchandise, and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
